Did you know that our minds have superpowers? And did you know that our bodies perceive these powers with great intensity?  You've probably heard that thoughts affect your entire life. The worse your thoughts, the darker everything seems! But "naked" thoughts  don't create that magic! Scientists have spent countless years, and are still researching this – ''How to achieve even better longevity and health for humanity?''‘

And one of the very important aspects is the emotional and feeling aspect!  The state before sleep affects the state after sleep!

So here it is! – Before Sleep we are in a wonderful brain wave frequency (Alpha waves), which in simple words is the moment when we enter automaticity - or the subconscious! Any information that we watch, read, feel enters our depths! And this shapes the quality of our sleep, as well as our morning awakening, and the formation of the day!  Meditation during this stage has been shown to lead to greater emotional stability, greater productivity during the day, and undoubtedly improves sleep quality!

That's why I've created an indescribable number of meditations so you can feel better than ever! This is a unique self-programming meditation that is about the well-being of your physical body and the release of trapped emotions (through psychosomatic knowledge).

Meditation should be done every night while in bed!.

I have also added one Bonus Meditation, which comes with a small challenge! This  Meditation is unique in that it can also be taught to children so that they learn to analyze their emotions and events of the past day a little!
