You won't believe it, but I used to be very shy and really had a lot of complexes about my body. There was an internal struggle both before and after pregnancy, and it was a difficult and long road! If I had even half the knowledge that I have now… ugh, everything would be different!

In fact, I would even say that my real and powerful activity began exactly in 2020. I believe that simply fitness, which was before that, was nothing special for me! From May 2020, I started my own author's project, which was the first and only in Latvia, ''Woman the Creator''. It was like a Women's Awakening Project! Pelvic floor movement, vibration, stretching through combined movements! This beauty unreal activated kundalini or sexual energy! At that time it was something new, so the clients didn't even know how to put it into words, but the main phrases were:
– My body has become more flexible, and I want to make love to myself!

– My man has become much more attentive and lusts after me more;

Since February 2024, I've practically not been going to the gym, but I've been doing my fascial practices, which are in this project! We also use dumbbells to make the muscles sexier! But this project is like Pandora's Box 🙂
Dynamic breathing + breath hold/
Transient increases in adrenaline and norepinephrine → the brain and body receive a “fight signal”.
Changing oxygen and carbon dioxide levels: hyperventilation reduces CO₂, breath holding increases it again → a slight stress occurs, which trains the nervous system.
Cortisol response – may increase temporarily, but in the long term, such training helps reduce excessively high stress cortisol (it's like "stress training in safe conditions").
Endorphins – A sense of euphoria or well-being often occurs after breath holds.
Shaking (shaking the body, as animals do when stressed)
Activates sympathetic nervous system temporarily (heart beats faster, muscles tense), but then helps switch to parasympathetic mode (rest and recovery).
Reduces excess cortisol and adrenaline – the body “shakes out” stress energy.
Activates dopamine and serotonin → improves mood.
Physical exercise (especially in the morning)
Increases adrenaline, norepinephrine, dopamine → it synchronizes with the natural awakening process.
Cortisol naturally increases during exercise, but returns to normal more quickly afterwards → a long-term trained nervous system copes better with stress.
Endorphins (“runner's high”) → improved mood and more sustained focus throughout the day.
Rising BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor) → the brain becomes more plastic, learns and remembers better.
Fascia as an “information field”
There is a lot in fascia nerve endings, receptors and mechanosensors → it is like sensory organ, which senses tension, movement, and even the position of the body in space.
It connects nervous system with body biomechanics → that's why it's said that fascia "reacts to emotions.".
Example: if you are in a state of stress or fear for a long time, your muscles contract, but so does your fascia. adapts to this voltage and may become stiffer over time.
