Refund

At the time of payment, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions of Eve n' Spirit digital and physical products, and has read the product description, and understands whether the project is a monthly subscription, what are automatic payments, or if the project has a specific access duration, or any special instructions.
Refunds for paid courses are only available in specific cases: if the entire course has been completed according to the rules, but there is absolutely no improvement in either your feelings or your posture/appearance.
Eve n' Spirit is not responsible if the client has forgotten about the course or does not use it for their own reasons. The client assumes responsibility for their own time and use of the course, in which case no refund will be given!
Eve n' Spirit is not responsible for the client's life and does not provide refunds if the client suddenly has surgery, trauma, or a trip where the client cannot fully complete the selected course.

Cancellation and changes

When purchasing a product on the Eve n' Spirit website, the customer assumes full responsibility for their purchase and has read all the terms and conditions. Especially if the course has a fixed access period or a monthly subscription fee.
Each client has their own personal profile on the Eve n' Spirit website. Thus, the client has full control over their courses, payments, subscriptions. The client can freely change the payment card section: My profile - Subscriptions - Payment methods, You can also cancel there.

If for some reason the customer does not see the cancellation option for the subscribed course, they should contact management via email immediately at the first opportunity.
