And all of these things affect the activation of the abdominal muscles! Which means that any exercises are INEFFICIENT and even unpleasant to perform!

In any case- Your stomach is your EMOTIONS - and your emotions are your STOMMING!
If your stomach is not satisfied - YOU WILL ALWAYS BE DISSATISFIED! And will suffer too BACK!
It is recommended that you first listen to the first lectures/informational sessions to understand where everything is located in your body!
You will start practicing Abdominal Fascial Massage once a day for 10 minutes and add one exercise, which you will perform for a maximum of 5 minutes for the first 2 weeks. All this for a minimum of 6 weeks in a row!
Each week we will increase the time until the total time is 21 min. SOUNDS EASY, right? Don't believe this works? 😀 The best part is that you don't even need a gym outfit or any time to wait 😀
Additional practice - fill up as often as possible! Especially if you are an emotional eater!
I recommend meditating at least 2-3 times a week before bed. Of course, you can do it more often!
Since the course is open-ended, it's great that you do the basic program every day for 2 months, and then less and less often. As well as additional short practices, you can use them as a quick help for bloating, stress relief, etc.
THIS IS 10000% EFFECTIVE AND PROVEN!! I have conducted 2 studies, both during my physiotherapy graduation and during my master's degree in sports science! Many women who had cesarean section scars participated and we studied exactly these two, my unique technique connection.
The women were of average build, with "protruding" bellies and were weak. The age of the scar incision ranged from 6 months to 15 years, and even 3 x incisions (repeated cesarean sections). The scars were both hard, thick, and soft. The belly went over the scar - hard or soft fatty tissue over the scar! A couple of participants had diastasis (which I actually couldn't officially include in my master's thesis, but I was very interested to see if it would work on them too!)
Complaints mentioned by the study participants:
After using specific physiotherapy tests to determine the strength of the corset, all the women had weak deep muscles!
The study lasted 6 weeks. All participants were divided into 2 groups. One, where they performed TRX exercises 2x a week with me for 50 min. The other group performed these 2 UNIQUE exercises at home, 5 x a week, for the first 2 weeks 10 min a day, and increased to 21 min a day!
After 6 weeks, I proved that absolutely all participants had deep muscle , after the spectesta exercises, was strong!!!! Unbelievable?
I proved that with 2 very simple methods, a woman can make her corset stronger AT HOME!
